1, Small particle size.

2, High protein content, low carbohydrate content.
The protein content of livestock and poultry feed is generally less than 20%, while the protein content of aquatic animal feed is mostly 30% ~ 40%, and the protein content of turtle and eel feed is as high as 65% ~ 70%.
3. The pelleted feed has tight structure, high cohesiveness and water resistance, and the stability of pelleted feed in water for more than 2 hours is required for shrimp feed.
4, Aquatic feed production, strictly prohibit cross contamination, some raw materials need to be aseptic treatment, the selected equipment is easy to clean up, less residue, especially the production of shrimp, eel feed, shall not be produced at the same time other kinds of feed, to prevent cross contamination.

The main working principle of the expanding machine is to contain a certain amount of starch (more than 20%) powder material, after tempering and tempering treatment, so that the material moisture can reach 25% ~ 27%, the temperature increased to 80℃ ~ 100℃.
The extruder is composed of feeding system, transmission system, extrusion system, discharging mold and electrical control system.
The material with good quality enters the screw extrusion area.
As the volume of the extrusion area becomes smaller along the axis, the pressure on the material gradually increases, and the compression ratio can reach 4 ~ 10.
